Emmanuel Iroko is the Founder and CEO of Plero, a financial infrastructure company helping churches and nonprofits build permanent endowments through everyday giving. His mission is to make lasting financial sustainability accessible to every institution, not just the largest universities and foundations. An engineer and product builder, Emmanuel is pioneering a new model that transforms everyday generosity into generational impact. He is a sought-after speaker on endowment strategy, stewardship, and institutional permanence, inspiring leaders to think beyond fundraising and build organizations that thrive for generations.

Lilian Shekinah

Lillian Shekinah is an international Gospel worship leader based in the North West of England. For over two decades Lilian has been leading congregations in worship both within the UK and internationally with a passion to see people encounter the transforming presence of God through worship in spirit and in truth.

Ian Winter

Ian Winter is a Christian leader with over 30 years of experience in church planting, discipleship, and leadership development. He co-founded Connect, a Christ-centered, mission-focused church in 2025, and previously served as Senior Pastor of Fulwood FMC, where he led significant growth. Ian has planted churches across the UK, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, and India, founded an underground church network and Bible school in Saudi Arabia, and holds degrees in theology and an MBA in Organisational Leadership.

David Ologbonori

David Ologbonori is a Bible teacher and the Founder and Lead Teacher of The Fulfilment Ministry (TFM), a non-denominational teaching ministry dedicated to helping people experience the fulfilled life God intends. Through practical, Scripture-based teaching, he equips believers to apply biblical principles, discover their purpose, and live with clarity and success in Christ. Together with his wife, Elizabeth, David hosts the annual Claritas Conference, which inspires and equips individuals to pursue their God-given calling. Through speaking, writing, and mentoring, his ministry is centred on helping people grow in faith and live lives marked by purpose, clarity, and fulfilment.
